FROM THE GARDEN TO THE TABLE

SACRED VALLEY AT TAMBO DEL INKA, LUXURY COLLECTION HOTEL

From the Orchard to the Table

A fantastic gastronomic experience for couples, families, and groups in the gardens of Tambo del Inka, Luxury Collection. You can savor delicious organic salads, prepared with products grown in the hotel's garden. Plants nurtured with natural fertilizers, fresh, and locally sourced.

We'll accompany it with local trout and chicken dishes. Take your time, pause, feel the warmth, and nature by the banks of the Urubamba River, at the foot of the Chicón snow-capped mountain, which brings us the energies of the Andes from above.

4 FIRES LUNCH

SACRED VALLEY AT TAMBO DEL INKA, LUXURY COLLECTION HOTEL

Culinary Experience at Tambo del Inka Luxury Collection: The Four Fires

An experience designed for a family, small or large groups who wish to sample the various cooking methods that have made their way to our tables from the past.

The 4 Fires: La Pachamanca, La Huatía, spit-roasted lamb, and clay oven, together for an incredible gastronomic experience.

Pachamanca brings together family and friends around a pit where hot stones underground cook lamb, chicken, and beef, accompanied by potatoes, sweet potatoes, and beans. The infused flavors will delight our taste buds.

The
Huatia, small clay and stone ovens above the ground, provides us with another idea of how ancient inhabitants cooked in the countryside, where Mother Earth (Pachamama) is the one who provides what is necessary for sustenance.

ENCOUNTER WITH THE INKA AND VIRGINS OF THE SUN

SACSAYHUAMAN, CUSCO

The Inca is receiving visitors in Cusco.

Every traveler who arrives in Cusco seeks to encounter the living culture of its inhabitants, to experience the past, to follow the footsteps of that people who once dominated South America, and created the vast Inca empire that extended from Ecuador to the northern regions of Argentina and Chile.

In Cusco, we provide you with the opportunity to have a close encounter with that fabulous past.

Add a touch of mysticism and personality to your group, and let the Inca, along with his entourage, greet you with words in the Quechua language and an offering to the Apus (guardian mountains).

AMANO MUSEUM OF PRE-COLUMBIAN TEXTILES

MIRAFLORES, LIMA

Amano Museum

The Amano Museum, located in the district of Miraflores, is a private collection that was initiated by a Japanese citizen, Yoshitaro Amano, who fell in love with the cultures of the Peruvian coast, finding similarities with his homeland.

His
collection of pre-Columbian textiles is the most important in our capital. Admire these beautiful fabrics displayed in their showcases and have exclusive access to the drawers where numerous textiles with incredible designs and colors that have endured for centuries are stored.

It is a place we recommend visiting with a
VIPAC expert guide. Each piece transports us in its use and designs. Visit the Amano Museum as a couple, family, or group.

CASA ALIAGA, THE OLDEST IN LIMA

Built in 1535 by Don Jerónimo de Aliaga, one of the 'thirteen of the Rooster' who arrived with Francisco Pizarro and was a city founder. This house was built on top of an ancient pre-Hispanic building that could have belonged to the chieftain Taulichusco and has been in the Aliaga family for 17 generations.

This exclusive property opens its doors for special city tours or dining in the dining room of this house, making that night a memorable experience.

Located on a side street near the Government Palace, Casa Aliaga is a historically preserved site in excellent condition, showcasing the Lima of old.
