      Please note
        • Belmond hotels apply Best Available Rates (BAR) to their hotels. Prices may be subject to change upon confirmation.
        • Machu Picchu has limited capacity. Full name, ID, nationality, and date of birth are required at the time of booking. Entry is scheduled, and visitors are allowed a 4-hour stay. Trails are marked; we will follow the high-long trail. Climbing walls, resting on stairs or terraces, using walking sticks, and drones are prohibited.
        • For an overnight stay near Machu Picchu, options include Sanctuary Lodge (solely facing the entrance) or recommended hotels at the mountain's base, like Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo or Sumaq. Specify during circuit reservation. Check availability. If visiting Machu Picchu, the alternative trail will be the low-short route.
        • The Belmond Hiram Bingham train operates on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Belmond Andean Explorer train on the route from Cusco to Puno operates only on Thursdays.

          • Comfortable walking shoes. Trekking shoes.
          • Raincoat, especially from November to March. Avoid single-use raincoats.
          • Reusable water bottle. Several hotels have water filters available for refilling reusable bottles. We support the reduction of single-use plastic bottles.
