  • Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Otherwise, your tour may not be confirmed.
  • When booking your flight from Lima to Cusco, it must be in the morning.

  • Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
  • Please note that the outbound train, either Vistadome or Expedition, departs at 19:04.
  • In Cusco, our staff will be providing your train tickets and entrance to Machupicchu the same day of the excursion.
  • Your pick up time coincided with your arrival in Cusco
What to bring
    • Comfortable Walking Shoes: Since there will be a lot of walking during tours and exploration, comfortable walking shoes are essential.
    • Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Peru has diverse climates, so pack layers to accommodate changes in temperature. Light clothing for warmer weather and warmer layers for cooler climates.
    • Rain Gear: A lightweight rain jacket or poncho is recommended, especially if traveling during the rainy season (November to March).
    • Sun Protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat to protect against strong sunlight, especially at higher altitudes.
    • Daypack: A small backpack or daypack to carry essentials during excursions.
    • Personal Medications: Any necessary medications should be packed along with copies of prescriptions.
    • Travel Documents: Passport, travel insurance, itinerary, and any necessary visas or permits.
    • Reusable Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during tours by carrying a refillable water bottle. Some tours may provide opportunities to refill bottles.
    • Snacks: Pack some snacks like energy bars, nuts, or dried fruits for on-the-go nourishment during tours.
    • Camera or Smartphone: Capture memories of the stunning landscapes and historical sites.
    • Cash and Credit Cards: Have local currency (Peruvian Sol) as well as credit cards for purchases and emergencies.
    • Personal Toiletries: Bring personal hygiene items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and any other essentials.
    • Adapter: If necessary, bring a power adapter for charging electronic devices.
    • Language Guide or Translation App: Consider bringing a language guidebook or downloading a translation app to help communicate with locals.
    • Respectful Attire for Religious Sites: If visiting religious sites, ensure clothing is respectful and covers shoulders and knees.
