  • Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Otherwise, your tour may not be confirmed.
  • When booking your flight from Lima to Cusco, it must be in the morning. Arrival by noon is too late.
  • Upon time of booking, please provide flight itinerary for international flights and domestic flights
  • Important: If you go suffer from altitude sickness, please bring medicine or ask your doctor for advice before you depart
  • The plane in Nazca holds up to 12 passengers
  • Overflight is not recomendable for children less than 8 years old.
  • Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
  • Departure Point: Tour departs from the International Airport in Lima and coincides with your flight's arrival.
What to bring

    Clothing:

    • Lightweight, breathable clothing for Lima and Nasca, as it can be hot and humid.
    • Layers for Cusco and the Sacred Valley, as temperatures can vary throughout the day.
    • Comfortable walking shoes for exploring archaeological sites and city tours.
    • A light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings.
    • Rain jacket or poncho, especially if traveling during the rainy season (November to April).
    • Swimwear if planning to visit hot springs or if the hotel has a pool.
    • Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.

    Essentials:

    • Daypack or small backpack for carrying essentials during day trips.
    • Passport and copies of important documents (stored separately from the originals).
    • Travel insurance information.
    • Cash and credit/debit cards. Notify your bank of your travel plans.
    • Adapter plugs and voltage converters for electronic devices (Peru uses Type A and Type C sockets, with a standard voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 60 Hz).
    • Portable charger/power bank for keeping devices charged on the go.
    • Any required medications, along with a basic first aid kit.
    • Insect repellent.
    • Snacks and bottled water for long journeys or hikes.
