Our excursion begins at Ollantaytambo railway station, where we will depart by train to visit one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. We arrive at the Machu Picchu town railway station where our staff will assist us on boarding the bus to go up the winding road to Machu Picchu, amid a spectacular view of the Urubamba River and its canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will astonish us with its terraces, ceremonial shrines, steps and urban areas. Energy is all around us. At the arranged time, we will take the train back to Cusco city or Ollantaytambo Railway station.

Vistadome Train

Surrounded entirely by glass, with wagons having large panoramic windows offering incomparable scenic views and innumerous opportunities to capture spectacular snapshots, Vistadome travelers feel connected and part of the awesome landscape of Peru. Includes snacks in both ways, tea o coca leaf tea, show of peruvian dances and alpaca shop on board. Travelers prefer this train.

The 360º Machu Picchu Train

Panoramic train on the route to Machu Picchu with an exclusive design. Car viewpoint with self-service bar. Comfortable seats with pillows and tables blown up. Panoramic windows, in all the wagons including the lookout car, taller and wider than a conventional train.

Expedition Train

The travelers will sit comfortably and relaxed in cars that are completely surrounded by panoramic windows to be able to appreciate in full the beauty of the natural landscape, so that their experience begins in the train.

Machu Picchu visit trails

Our tour considers the trail circuit 1-2 (upper circuit), but it depends of the availability in the booking date. Last minute sales (2 monrhs before the departure date), many times consider circuit 3 (Machu Picchu top of the mountain and lower circuit of citadel) or Circuit 4 (Huayna Picchu/Huchuy Picchu and lower circuit of citadel) if the availabity of circuit 1-2 is sold out. You can check first with our sales team at tours@vipac.travel.

    • Machupicchu Admission ticket, bus tickets and train tickets are included in this tour and will be sent via viator extranet.
    • In Cusco, our staff will be providing your train tickets and entrance to Machupicchu the same day of the excursion.
